Healthy communities and municipalities

Southeast Public Health (SEPH) works with local municipal partners to support policies, projects and programs that promote and protect the overall health of our communities.

One way of working with municipalities is by having Southeast Public Health staff dedicated to liaising with, supporting, and partnering with our municipalities. The Municipal Liaison provides strategic public health expertise to inform, influence, and support municipal policies, projects, and programs that advance healthy public policy and improve population health outcomes.
