Southeast Public Health communicates and collaborates with health-care providers, including physicians, nurses, and nurse practitioners, long-term care staff, dental professionals, and midwives to provide timely, accurate, and relevant local public health information and resources on topics such as:
- Vaccine and STBBI medication ordering

- Infectious disease guidance for health-care providers
- Mental health and substance use services
- Referrals to pregnancy and parenting programs
- Report an adverse event following immunization

Health System Liaison
Did you know that Southeast Public Health has a Health System Liaison? This role helps to build and manage relationships with our health sector partners, co-ordinate communication and provide a single window for assistance or feedback.
Written communications
Southeast Public Health provides important updates such as alerts regarding emerging issues, program changes, new resources and upcoming sessions. They are often issued bi-weekly unless a more urgent notification is needed.
