Elementary and secondary school educators

Our Healthy Schools Team partners with school communities to support student well-being at home and at school. Through a Comprehensive School Health approach, we work alongside school partners to strengthen health-promoting policies, practices, and environments.

Each family of schools is supported by a dedicated public health nurse who provides consultation, evidence-informed guidance and strategic support.
