Food premises

Use the food premises resources e-form to have resources emailed directly to you for downloading and printing, including:

  • Handwashing and dishwashing signage for food premises
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly logs
  • Checklists and schedules

Please note: If you are providing seating, washrooms must be provided for patrons. You are required to notify Southeast Public Health a minimum of two weeks prior to the date you wish to open for the season.
