Harm reduction supplies

Southeast Public Health can provide naloxone and harm reduction supplies to:

  • Organizations enrolled as Needle Syringe Program (NSP) or Ontario Naloxone Program (ONP) satellite distribution sites.
  • Fire and rescue, police, and St. John Ambulance services enrolled as Ontario Naloxone Program emergency response sites for workplace use.
  • Individuals who use substances or their loved ones at risk of opioid poisoning.

Southeast Public Health cannot provide naloxone or harm reduction supplies to:

  • Workplaces that are not Ontario Naloxone Program emergency response sites.
  • Organizations in the Southeast Public Health region that are not enrolled as Ontario Naloxone Program or Needle Syringe Program distribution sites.
  • Anyone outside the Southeast Public Health area. Contact your local health unit for information on access to supplies.

Individuals

Harm reduction supplies including naloxone are available at public health offices in Kingston, Napanee, and Cloyne during business hours, and at other community distribution sites.

If you cannot access supplies at a public health office or other community distribution sites, place an online order. A first name and address is required. Email us if you need help placing your order.
