Physical activity is any movement that increases your heart rate and breathing. Being physically active improves your health and well-being. It has benefits for all ages, including reducing your risk for chronic diseases, improving your sleep, increasing your energy, and improving self-confidence and mental health.

Rural Frontenac, Lennox & Addington (RFLA) Hiking Group
The Rural Frontenac, Lennox & Addington (RFLA) Hiking Group is open to people of all ages who would like to walk on our local hiking trails with the guidance of a Registered Kinesiologist. Follow along on Facebook and Instagram.
Walking to Wellness
Walking to Wellness is a free, safe, and social indoor walking program for people of all ages to increase their physical activity. The program is offered at six municipal sites in the Southeast Public Health area in partnership with the City of Kingston, Loyalist Township, and the Town of Greater Napanee. There is no registration or membership required.
Strollers, walkers, and wheelchairs are always welcome. Bring a friend or meet new people onsite!
