Please note that Southeast Public Health is not a primary care provider and does not offer comprehensive primary care services. However, many of the programs and services that we provide are available to individuals who are waiting for a primary care provider. Please visit our ‘Clinics and classes’ menu or look up a particular topic from our ’Health topics’ menu.
The best way to find a family doctor or nurse practitioner in the community who is accepting new patients is to register for Health Care Connect. You can register for Health Care Connect online or by calling Health811.
