Bump to Baby is an all-in-one prenatal program designed to support and guide you on your parenting journey.

The program is an online course that includes videos and quizzes. You can complete the program at your own pace.

The Bump to Baby online prenatal program is free and provides information on:

• Pregnancy
• Labour and delivery
• Feeding your baby
• Caring for your baby and keeping them safe
• Parenting
• Helpful services in your community

These free prenatal breastfeeding information sessions will help you feel more prepared and help you get off to a smooth start.
