Report all your previous vaccines to us before your appointment. This helps our team provide safe and effective care.
Immunization clinic appointments are intended for individuals who do not have a family doctor. If you have a health-care provider please book an appointment at their office in order to reserve appointments for those who do not. Thank you for your consideration.
