Home visiting programs
Having a baby is an exciting and challenging time. You may have a lot of questions and need help adjusting to life with a new baby. The Healthy Babies Healthy Children and Nurse Family Partnership programs provide home visits to those who need more support during pregnancy, after your baby is born, and as your child grows.
These home visiting programs can help you learn about: having a healthy pregnancy and birth; connecting with your baby; how children grow and develop, as well as what you can do to help; becoming a parent; breastfeeding; food and healthy nutrition; taking care of yourself and your family; and other services available to you and your child in your community (such as health services, parenting programs, family literacy programs, and financial aid).
The content on this website is provided in English. However, services related to the Healthy Babies Healthy Children program are available in French.
