Vaccine and STBBI medication ordering

To order publicly funded vaccines, you will need:

  • A copy of your office’s vaccine temperature log from the previous month, or since your last order.
  • The number of the doses in stock of the vaccines you wish to order.

Pick-up and delivery

Orders being picked up at the Belleville, Kingston, or Brockville offices are ready 3 business days after the order is submitted. Please note each of the following office hours:

  • Belleville: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Kingston: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Brockville: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4 p.m.

Orders being picked up at any other office must be submitted by noon on Wednesdays for pick up the following week. Please note the following pick-up days and times:

  • Bancroft: Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Trenton: Monday afternoon to Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4 p.m.
  • Picton: Monday afternoon to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Napanee: Monday afternoon to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4:30 p.m.
  • Gananoque: Tuesday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4 p.m.
  • Smiths Falls: Monday afternoon to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4:30 p.m.
  • Almonte: Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4 p.m.
  • Kemptville: Monday afternoon to Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4:30 p.m.

Orders not picked up by end-of-day on Fridays may be returned.
