Application to open or reopen a public swimming pool Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox & Addington

This is to notify the Public Health Inspector of my intention to re-open a recreational water facility in accordance with regulation 565 Public Pools, section 5, under the Health Protection and Promotion Act. As the owner, I understand that I will also be considered the operator, unless I designate another individual as my operator at this time.
